How will I know if my receipt was approved or not?

After your receipt has been reviewed, you will receive an email letting you know if your receipt was accepted or rejected. Additionally you will be able to see the status of each receipt submission on your Rewards History page on Huggies.com or in the Huggies Rewards app. . Scroll to the receipt you are inquiring about and you will see its status listed as either “Approved” or “Rejected.” If your receipt was approved, you will see the points that you were awarded for your submission. If your receipt was rejected, tap on Rejected and you will be shown the reason as to why. You will have the chance to re-submit your receipt in the event that it was rejected.

What can I use my Rewards Points for?

You can use your Rewards Points to submit entries into a Sweepstakes and/or you can also use your Rewards Points to purchase Rewards such as gift cards, toys, and great Huggies® products. There are also opportunities to donate your Rewards Points to a charitable cause.

What is the Huggies Rewards?

Huggies Rewards is a fun and easy way for you to be rewarded for your Huggies Diapers and Wipes purchases. There are various ways to earn Rewards Points and exciting ways to redeem those points with a catalog full of items for you and your child.

What can I get when I submit my receipt?

When you successfully upload a receipt that includes participating Huggies Diapers and Wipes product(s) you’ve purchased, you will receive Huggies Rewards Points, good for using towards rewards such as gift cards and products for you and baby.

The Reward I received is different from the one I ordered. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately by visiting our helpdesk or emailing us at [email protected] and include specific details on the Reward you ordered and the Reward you received, and we will help.

Can I transfer Rewards Points to someone else or merge my Member Account with theirs?

Rewards Points accrued in Huggies Rewards are non-transferable to other members, and member accounts cannot be merged.

I am unable to order from the catalog. What should I do?

If you are using Huggies.com, please verify that you are using a device and browser compatible with our Huggies Website. Click here for system requirements. If your device and browser is compatible, please make sure all required fields are entered in your Profile. The next thing you will want to do is completely sign out of the site, close your browser and then delete cookies and clear cache. When this is done, re-open your browser, sign back in and try ordering again. Some of our catalog Rewards are limited to one per member. Please ensure you are not trying to order an item that has a limit which you have already ordered. Finally, please make sure you have enough remaining points to order the Reward.

The Points balance on my Member Account is not accurate. What should I do?

Please make sure you are signed in and carefully review your Rewards History. If you believe there is an error in your Points balance, please contact us by visiting our helpdesk or emailing us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to look into it further.

Where do I enter my Rewards Codes?

The Huggies Rewards program has been updated to help you earn points faster and easier. We have phased out Rewards Codes - now you can easily upload and submit a receipt for your qualifying purchases in just a few quick and easy steps! I lost my receipt How can I get my Rewards Points?

To earn Rewards Points for Huggies Diapers and Wipes purchases, we require a receipt as proof of purchase. However, we understand that receipts are sometimes lost or that your Huggies Products may have been a gift. If you require help in this situation, please contact us by visiting our helpdesk or emailing us at [email protected]

If I order my Huggies® Diapers and Wipes online, will I still be able to receive Rewards points?

If you order your Huggies® Brand products from an online retailer, you are still eligible to receive Rewards points for your purchases. For online purchases (i.e. Amazon.com), take a screenshot of your shipping confirmation page, order confirmation email, or your "Orders" page in your online account with the retailer you have placed your order with. Be sure that your screenshot(s) includes the required information listed here.

I successfully uploaded my receipt and the site says that it was rejected. What went wrong?

There are multiple reasons why your receipt can be rejected. For example, the image not being clear enough to read. The good news is that you can resubmit and try again! After signing in to your account on Huggies.com or on the Huggies Rewards app and visit your Rewards History page. Scroll to the receipt listed as “Rejected.” Tap on Rejected and you will be shown the reason as to why. Tap Submit a Receipt button next to the rejection reason to begin the upload process again.

What information does my gift receipt need to include for me to successfully receive rewards points?

The photo(s) of your gift receipt must include the retailer name, purchase date and language containing the word "gift" within it. Make sure your photos are clear and legible; otherwise your receipt may not be accepted.

How long will it take to verify if I am an official winner?

Winners of Sweepstakes will be identified via a random drawing a few days after the close date. To find out when winners are identified for a specific Sweepstakes, please check the Official Rules and Regulations for that particular Sweepstakes. All winners will be notified via email, phone or mail.

Why do you need my date of birth? Why are you asking for so much personal information?

To participate in Huggies® Rewards, we will need to verify that you are 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the U.S. or Puerto Rico (per the applicable rules and regulations) or a legal Canadian resident who has reached the age of majority. We assure you that your information is kept confidential, and we do not sell it to anyone. We use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy for administering Huggies® Rewards, any Promotions you have participated in, and for sending you information that you might have opted-in to receive.

Why did the amount of points received change for the same package of diapers that I have bought in the past?

From time to time the retail value changes on certain packs of Huggies Diapers and Wipes, you may see the point value changes to reflect this. Additionally, starting July 16, 2019, we changed the point earning for diapers and wipes so that you now receive 10 points for every dollar that you spend.

How do I find out the point value for diapers or wipes that I buy?

As of July 16, 2019, you'll earn 10 points for every dollar you spend on Huggies wipes and diapers. Check out our Participating Product page to find out which products you can earn points for. You can also see the points that you earned on your purchases by checking your Rewards History page on the site or the Huggies Rewards app.

How can I use my Rewards Points to enter a Sweepstakes?

Go to the Redeem Points page and select the Sweepstakes you wish to enter. The number of Rewards Points required to enter each will be displayed on-screen in every given Sweepstakes prior to submitting your entries. Make sure to review the applicable Official Rules and Regulations for details. When you enter a Sweepstakes, the applicable number of Rewards Points will automatically be deducted from your Member Account. Please remember Rewards Points cannot be refunded after entering a Sweepstakes.

I donated to a charity or redeemed for a Reward in the Rewards Catalog and haven't received a confirmation email yet. What do I do?

Emailed Rewards are sent within 3 business days. Please check your inbox. If you are not seeing the email, please check your spam/junk folders or check your Promotion/Social inbox.

Postal mailed Rewards can take 6-8 weeks for verification and shipment. In some instances, it may take up to 10 weeks. (Huggies Products Rewards take up to 4 weeks). If you have waited the allotted time and still have not received your prize, then please contact us by visiting our helpdesk or emailing us at [email protected] and we will gladly look into it for you. Make sure to include details such as the date you received your order email confirmation and the Reward. Also, make sure to let us know the address where the Reward was supposed to be shipped to, so we can verify that information.

I tried to upload my receipt and received an error message, what happened?

There are a variety of reasons why you received an error message, such as your image not being clear enough, or not having a strong enough connection during upload. You have the chance to resubmit your photo but if you’re experiencing the same problem multiple times please contact us by visiting our helpdesk or emailing us at [email protected]

How much do I need to spend to earn a reward through Huggies® Rewards?

You earn 10 points for each $1 you spend on Huggies diapers and wipes. Huggies® Rewards items typically start around 50 points for sweepstakes entries, so you would need to spend approximately $5 to redeem for one entry. Point prices go up from there for a variety of merchandise and gift card rewards.

I have a military mailing address. Can I still register for Huggies® Rewards?

Yes, we’re happy to say that people with military mailing addresses can sign up for Huggies® Rewards.

When will you sunset the Huggies Rewards program?

Huggies Rewards will be sunset on November 30th, 2020. Please note that you will no longer be able to earn points after November 1st, 2020 though.

How do I get Rewards points for Huggies® products that I receive as gifts?

You can now submit gift receipts for all Huggies® Diapers and Wipes purchases. All you’ll have to do is take a new photo of your gift receipt, or upload an existing one from your camera roll. Each receipt submission will earn you 150 points, and you can submit a maximum amount of 12 gift receipts in a 12-month period.

How can I check what purchases I have received points for?

You can see what purchases you have received points for by visiting your Rewards History page. Each purchase that has been successfully processed will be listed with the date that the receipt was submitted as well as the points that were awarded to your Huggies Rewards account.

I tried to log in and my Huggies Rewards account is blocked. Why?

If you received notice that your Huggies Rewards account is blocked, it’s because we have detected either one or a combination of suspicious activities:
● Your account has submitted 2 or more falsified receipts.
● Your account has submitted the same receipt multiple times.
● We’ve traced more than one similar account to your Internet connection or location.
If you believe that this account activity is by accident and you would like to have your account reinstated, please contact us contact us by visiting our helpdesk or emailing us at [email protected]

I uploaded my receipt and in my Rewards History it says pending. Is there something wrong?

There is nothing wrong with your submission, it is just in the queue of receipts that we need to verify. Receipt review can take up to 24 hours, so please check again soon to confirm if your receipt is approved.

Why haven't I received Rewards Points for a friend I referred?

Rewards Points are awarded when you refer friends who join Huggies Rewards. However, there can be several reasons why Rewards Points were not credited for a particular referral:
1. Has the person you referred already signed up? Please remember, you can only be credited for new registrations and not for people who are already members.
2. Did your friend sign up? If so, you can check to see if the Rewards Points were credited by signing in. Remember, though, only the 50 most recent transactions are displayed in your profile drawer in the top left.
3. Did your friend receive the email invitation? Oftentimes, emails get caught by spam filters. If this was the case, make sure your friend checks his/her spam or junk mail folder.
4. Did your friend sign up by clicking the link in the email that was sent? If not, the referral may not have been credited properly. If this is the case, please let us know and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
5. Did your friend register with a different email address from the one you referred? If this is the case, please let us know and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
6. Did you reach your maximum referrals for the month? You have a limit of five referrals per month. Check the Terms & Conditions for more information. If you have questions, please send us an email and we’ll gladly provide further assistance.

My contact information has changed. What do I do?

To update your contact information, including address, first sign in to Huggies.com and then go to your profile to update your information. Here, you can edit your address, email address, phone number, and other information. If you have ordered a Rewards item that you still haven’t received and your address is changing, please update your profile and contact us as soon as possible by visiting our helpdesk or emailing us at [email protected]

Do I have to pay for shipping and handling of the Rewards I order?

While Huggies® does not charge for shipping and handling, the vendors of several Rewards offered may require members to pay S&H from their sites. Please check specific Reward for details.

Why do I have to verify my account with my mobile number?

Participation in the Huggies® Rewards program is limited to one account per person so that we can ensure the integrity of the program and continue to reward you for being a loyal Huggies® customer. To validate this, the first time (and only the first time) you redeem points after June 28, 2016, we will ask you to provide your mobile phone number for verification. You will immediately receive a text message with a code to enter on the website or in the Huggies® Rewards app. Once validated, you may continue to redeem your Huggies Rewards item. You will not need to verify your account with your mobile number again. A mobile number may only be used to verify a maximum of two Huggies® Rewards member accounts.

Which diapers offer the greatest Rewards Points value?

As of July 16, 2019, you'll earn 10 Rewards Points for every dollar you spend on Huggies diapers and wipes. So, the more you spend, the more you earn.

How can I earn Huggies® Rewards Points?

You can earn Rewards Points simply by purchasing participating Huggies Diapers and Wipes products and uploading your receipt. Another way to earn Rewards Points is by referring friends to sign up for Huggies Rewards. You can refer up to five friends a month and earn a lifetime maximum of 3,750 Rewards Points for referring friends who join based on your referral. Huggies Rewards now offers additional way for you to earn extra points by engaging with featured opportunities, like reading articles and taking surveys!

What is a Huggies® Sweepstakes?

Huggies® Sweepstakes are chances to win big prizes! And they’re easy to enter: all you have to do is visit the Redeeming Points page, select the Sweepstakes you’d like to enter and submit your entries for a chance to win. At the end of each Sweepstakes promotional period, we’ll randomly select the winner(s) from those who have entered and notify them immediately. Each sweepstakes includes the ability to submit multiple entries.

Why did my Rewards Points balance change?

On June 29, 2016, we changed our points structure so that every point is now 10 points, whether you’re earning them or spending them. The same goes for the points in your account. While the overall value hasn’t changed, you’ll see we’ve multiplied your balance by 10.

I won a Sweepstakes or purchased a Reward with my Rewards Points. How long will it take for my Reward to be delivered?

How do I sign up for Huggies Rewards?

It’s easy to enroll. Just complete the required registration steps.

Can I return an item I ordered from the Rewards page?

All orders for items on the Rewards page are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Rewards Points cannot be refunded once they are redeemed for a Rewards item.

What should I do if a Reward I’ve been saving my Rewards Points for no longer appears online?

While we try to stock our Rewards to meet the demand of our members, sometimes certain Rewards are more popular than others and are only available while supplies last. However, we may restock popular Rewards based on availability. So please check the Rewards page often and you may even find something new that you find more appealing.

What does my receipt need to include?

The photo(s) of your receipt must include the store name, purchase date, the UPC or product number(s) and price(s) of the participating Huggies® Diapers and Wipes product(s) you purchased. Make sure your photos are clear and legible; otherwise your receipt may not be accepted.

How many Rewards Points can I earn for referring a friend who registers for Huggies® Rewards? Is there a maximum amount of friends I can refer?

You will earn 50 Rewards Points for each friend you refer who joins the Program. You can refer up to five friends per month and earn a maximum of 3,750 referral Rewards Points (75 referrals who joined) as part of your membership.

I don't have the number of Rewards Points required to enter a Sweepstakes, or purchase a Reward. Can I purchase the extra Rewards Points I need?

Rewards Points are not available for purchase and can only be earned by submitting a receipt that includes the purchase of participating Huggies Diapers and Wipes products or by participating in featured Huggies.com activities.

I have completed an Extra Points activity but don't see any new Rewards Points in my Member Account. What happened?

Rewards Points are immediately awarded once you complete a qualifying activity. You can access and participate in each activity multiple times but only earn Rewards Points once for each qualifying activity. To verify you received the appropriate Rewards Points, visit Rewards History to view your most recent 50 Rewards Points activities. If you believe there is an error in your Rewards Points balance, please contact us by visiting our helpdesk or emailing us at [email protected] and we’ll be glad to help.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

At Huggies.com, click Sign In and then the Forget Password link. Enter your registered email address and the security code provided on the screen. An email containing a link to reset your password will be sent to your email inbox. Although this email is sent immediately, delivery may take longer for some email providers.

If you do not receive this password reset email, please be sure to check your Spam/Junk folders or Social/Promotions inboxes. Finally, add [email protected] to your address book.

How do I upload my receipt?

Uploading and submitting your receipt is easy! There are three ways you can do this:
● The Huggies® Rewards app: Download the app on your iPhone or Android smartphone, then create an account or sign in to your existing account. Once you’re in, tap the red camera button at the bottom of your screen and follow the on-screen instructions to either take photo(s) or choose existing photo(s) of your receipt.
● Huggies.com from your phone or tablet: Visit Huggies.com on your mobile browser, then create an account or sign in to your existing account. Once you’re in, tap the menu in the top left corner, then select “Submit a Receipt” underneath “Rewards”. Then, tap “Upload Receipt” and follow the on-screen instructions to either take photo(s) or choose existing photo(s) of your receipt. For more detailed information on how to upload your receipt, read the instructions in the “How To” section of the Submit a Receipt webpage.
● Huggies.com from your computer: First, take photo(s), screenshot(s) or scan your receipt and save them on your computer. Visit Huggies.com on your desktop browser, then create an account or sign in to your existing account. Once you’re in, hover over “Rewards” in the website navigation menu and then click on “Submit a Receipt”. Then, click on “Upload Receipt”. This will open the Finder (Mac) or File Explorer (PC) on your computer. Find the image(s) of your receipt and follow the on-screen instructions to upload your image(s) one at a time. For more detailed information on how to upload your receipt, read the instructions in the “How To” section of the Submit a Receipt webpage.

What if I refer a friend who already was referred? Will I still get Rewards points if he/she signs up?

You cannot refer a friend who already has received an email invitation to join Huggies® Rewards.

Please verify that you are using a device and browser compatible with our Huggies® website. Click here for system requirements. If your device and browser is compatible, please make sure all required fields are entered in your Profile. Don't forget each Sweepstakes has a maximum number of entries per member, so make sure you haven't exceeded your entries. The next thing you will want to do is completely sign out of the site, close your browser and then delete your cookies and clear your cache. When this is done, re-open your browser, sign back in, and try entering the Sweepstakes again.

What is the cost of joining Huggies® Rewards?

There's no fee to join. All you have to do is register for Huggies® Rewards.
