Moms share their wisdom on Huggies’ Facebook page so we can all benefit from it. Thanks, Moms!

"Sleep when baby sleeps."—Whitney Haron

"Every baby grows and develops at their own paces. Don’t compare your child with another."—Marci C.

"Take 5 minutes when you need it."—Ashley S.

"Never let them enter the room without letting them see your eyes light up with all the love you feel."—Veronic P.

"Get them on a schedule for everything and keep it. I didn’t at first, then as I did, I noticed a great difference. A baby on a schedule is a happy baby."—Christina B.

"Pick your battles."—Ramona J.

"Kiss them as often as you can."—Amanda D.

"The best advice I got was not to listen to all the advice. Find what is right for you and your baby and go from there."—Trina B.

"Don’t put them in the bed with you!"—Ashley C.

"Do not throw away the ‘snot sucker’ (bulb syringe) they give you at the hospital! It will be the best one ever! All the ones you buy in the store are wimpy!"—Alexandra C.

"Don’t turn on the light when you feed your baby at night. That way, he/she won’t get used to waking up fully at feeding time. I did this with my son and he was sleeping through the night by three months."—Greta J.

"Enjoy every minute because it goes by in the blink of an eye!"—Amanda L.

Rated 0 out of 5 by I don't necessarily agree with sleep when baby sleeps, this is my time to do chores, meals, or study; however the rest is good stuff. At night, I do not stimulate my little one at all. I want him to know it is sleeping time not play time so dimmed light (night light) during feedings and night time changes.Yes as others have said, this too shall pass and we will miss when they were tiny.
