Q. What is the frequency for bathing a newborn, infant? Should you bath a newborn everyday?A. As long as you clean your baby’s nappy area well after each bowel movement, washing every one to two days is plenty. You may want to spot clean daily in areas that get particularly sweaty, oily or dirty: the nappy area, face, neck and skin creases. Q. Why are Lavender and Chamomile in the baby bath products?A. Lavender and chamomile are two herbs with a well known and characteristic scent. These herbs are used in aromatherapy for their relaxing, soothing and calming effect. Q. Why is Shea Butter used in the Bath and body products?A. Shea butter is made from the fatty oil extract from the seeds of the fruit of karite trees. Shea Butter is known to be a natural moisturiser that intensively moisturises skin leaving it feeling soft and smooth providing 24 hour moisturising. Q. If my child has asthma, are the Chamomile/Lavender Baby Wash and/or WashCloths safe?A. Because children, as well as adults, who have asthma, have a hyper-reactive airway, they are more susceptible to scents than those without asthma. Because the chamomile and lavender are fairly strong scents, an asthmatic person may have an adverse reaction to them. Therefore, if you or your child has asthma, we recommend you discuss the use of these products with your doctor before you use the product. Q. What if my baby drinks the wash solution?A. The ingredients in Huggies Bath and Body products have been tested for your baby’s safety. The products are non-toxic, so no injury should occur if a baby puts some in their mouth or drinks a small amount of bath water containing the products. However, if large amounts were ingested, you may want to contact your doctor or call the poisons information line on 13 11 26. Q. What is the shelf life of Huggies Bath & Body products?A. In ideal conditions the shelf life of Huggies Bath & Body products is 2 years or more. WashCloths

Member Tips
Just a quick tip on making play dough. You do not have to cook it. Use the same receipe as on your web site "basic receipe" and instead of cooking just add boiling water and mix together. Do not need to cook and there is a lot less mess to clean up. Dot Lawson |
